Founded in 2012 by Casting Director / Dev. Producer Mike Migliara, The Screen Acting Academy (SAA) offers unparalleled educational training and coaching services for aspiring actors.
With training centers in Ottawa and Calgary, and online services, SAA is designed for those determined to carve out a successful career in screen acting. Under Mike Migliara's innovative guidance, students train under traditional methods that have been working for professional actors for years, but also up-to-date relevant techniques. Students also get new acclimating concepts; spotlighting the student’s idiosyncrasies, their castability, and marketability. Because of these reasons, SAA is the preferred training center.

Under the leadership of Founder Mike Migliara, The Screen Acting Academy offers a diverse array of training courses throughout the year, structured by semester. Each semester provides specialized learning opportunities for students aged 13 and older, ensuring tailored and comprehensive education in the performing arts. Enrollment includes an introductory reel, giving students a head start in their acting careers.
